DBS will promote the Out-Growing Model, which creates a new source of income for the villagers. The Company expects to empower women by engaging them in fish farming as Out-Growers while contributing to the country’s economy and eradicating unemployment and poverty. We are also expecting to reach out to women who intend to work as housemaids in the middle-eastern countries and offer them employment at home so that they would be able to earn similar income while living with their families and to forgo hardships and adverse working conditions abroad.

We intend to create a cluster farming operational system to support the local population. Each raceway is being allocated to a Family where they will be able to look after the raceway and nature the fish. Fish feed, medicine, and necessary guidance will be provided from our end. This will be a dedicated approach and the fish will get more attention as they are looking after a small batch of fish. The farming family will get 10% from the Total Sale of the Fish, as their return. This is a high yielding income for the family. The company plan to build on this further to an extent of creating a whole “Out Grower System”.
